A discounted block of hotel rooms has been secured for EVIS America 2026 attendees and exhibitors within walking distance of the Glass City Center.
All room reservations must be received by Monday, October 06, 2026 to receive the discounted room rate. A major credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, room-available basis. Meeting registration and exhibitor contracts do not guarantee hotel room availability. We encourage you to confirm your reservations early.

EVIS America is not responsible for any financial loss or other damages resulting from reservations made through unauthorized housing providers.
